What we receive

This site has no account system, so you can browse the entire catalogue without giving us anything.

• Your cart contents, stored in your own browser and never sent to our server
• Your language choice, kept as a preference cookie
• Whatever you type into the checkout or contact form: name, email, phone number and delivery address

When that data reaches us

The forms on this site do not transmit anything on their own. When you press send, the site assembles an order summary or message and opens it in WhatsApp or your email app. The data reaches us only after you press send inside that app.

That also means the message itself is subject to WhatsApp's or your email provider's own privacy policy.

What we use it for

• Processing and delivering your order
• Answering the question you sent us
• Keeping transaction records as required for bookkeeping

How long we keep it

Order data is kept as long as it is needed for transaction records. Messages unrelated to an order are deleted once your question has been answered.

Cart data in your browser can be cleared by you at any time through your browser's site settings.

Third parties

This site loads font files from Google Fonts, so your IP address is visible to that service when a page loads. Beyond that, the site carries no tracking scripts, advertising pixels or third-party analytics.

For delivery, your address is passed to the courier service you select.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy, a correction or the deletion of the personal data we hold. Send the request to the email address below, quoting your order reference if you have one.
