Processing time
Confirmed orders are prepared on working days. Orders that arrive over a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next working day.
Delivery options
- Regular — estimated 2–4 working days
- Express — estimated 1–2 working days
- Same day — same-day delivery in areas the courier covers
Delivery cost
Delivery cost is shown at checkout before you send the order summary. Orders whose subtotal reaches the free delivery threshold are not charged for delivery.
The estimates above start once the parcel is handed to the courier and can change with conditions on the ground.
Damaged or incorrect parcels
Check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, send photos of the parcel and its contents within three days of delivery. We cover replacement or refund in full for these cases.
Returns
Unopened products with an intact seal can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by the buyer, except for damaged or incorrect items.
For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned product, the refund is issued to the same payment method. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or payment provider.
